Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Vehicle Guesser mobile application ("App") provided by Featureofus ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, you must stop using the App immediately. We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time; continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use Vehicle Guesser. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have parental or guardian consent.
Account Registration
To access most features of the App you must create an account by providing a valid email address and choosing a username, or by signing in with Google or Apple.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
- You may only create one account per person. Multiple accounts for the purpose of cheating or manipulating leaderboards are prohibited.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws. You must not:
- Use offensive, hateful, obscene, or deceptive usernames
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the App
- Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to manipulate scores or leaderboards
- Exploit bugs or glitches to gain an unfair advantage; report them to us instead
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other players via the friends or challenge systems
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our servers or other users' accounts
- Use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our infrastructure
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban accounts that violate these rules, at our sole discretion, without prior notice.
Intellectual Property
All content in Vehicle Guesser — including but not limited to the game design, graphics, vehicle images, sound effects, leaderboard system, and code — is owned by or licensed to Featureofus.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on any part of the App.
Vehicle images used in gameplay are licensed from their respective sources. All third-party trademarks and vehicle brand names are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.
User-Generated Content
Your username is the only user-generated content stored in Vehicle Guesser. By choosing a username, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to display it within the App and on public leaderboards.
Usernames that violate our Acceptable Use policy (above) will be removed and your account may be suspended.
Virtual Items and In-App Purchases
Vehicle Guesser offers optional in-app purchases ("IAP") through the Apple App Store. All purchases are processed and billed by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms and refund policies.
Hearts (lives) are a consumable virtual currency that limits gameplay. Hearts regenerate over time for free or may be purchased as an in-app item. Purchased hearts are delivered immediately upon a successful transaction.
All virtual items — including hearts, power-ups, and any other rewards earned or purchased — have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged, sold, transferred, or redeemed for cash. We may modify, rebalance, suspend, or discontinue any virtual item or feature at any time without compensation.
Refunds for in-app purchases are handled exclusively by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
If you delete your account, any unused purchased virtual items will be forfeited and cannot be recovered.
Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account inside the App. Account deletion is permanent and irreversible.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, if your account is inactive for more than 24 months, or if we discontinue the App. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before terminating active accounts.
Disclaimer of Warranties
We do not warrant that: (a) the App will be uninterrupted or error-free; (b) the App will be free of viruses or harmful components; or (c) the results obtained from using the App will be accurate or reliable.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Featureofus and its team members shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you have paid us through in-app purchases in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) fifty US dollars (US $50).
App Store Terms
Vehicle Guesser is distributed through the Apple App Store. Your use of the App is also subject to Apple's Terms of Service. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Apple's terms, Apple's terms shall prevail to the extent of that conflict. Apple is not a party to these Terms and bears no obligation or liability with respect to the App.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Featureofus is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
